Rounding up 50 Free History Unit Studies, I hope you can use one of these.
And don’t forget to join my Facebook Group for more awesome free unit study resources.
You know history is my first luv, okay maybe planners, well maybe organization or new homeschoolers. I have a fixation on all of the above, but today like I mentioned I am sharing 50 Free Unit Studies. Maybe you will find one or two ideas that will spark an interest for you or that you can use this summer or when planning for next year.
Also, you’ll love some of these other hands-on unit studies that I love.
And we’ve also used Home School in the Woods and love them too!
Too, unit studies are not anything unless they have hands-on projects.
I am sharing my favorite series of books that make teaching and learning about history a passion. Look here at my Amazon Store to see my board or list for favorite unit study books.
Where possible, I tried to list unit studies that listed a few more teaching ideas, hands-on projects or maybe just had an idea or two to spark your creative juices.

Hugs and love ya,
Hello. I received an email about “Rounding up 50 Free History Unit Studies.” As a Special Ed teacher with no curriculum or budget I hunt the internet for resources. When I got your email, I got excited. I clicked the link which took me to the site, which gave me another link and another but I never found the link to download the resource. I was hopeful, but disappointed. I will keep hunting. I do like the curriculum you offer, I just can’t purchase anything at this time.
Hey Renia,
So sorry you had a hard time. I don’t have anything to sell on this post. And a round up means I’ve gathered links for you.I do my best to ensure the links are working and are free.
However, the internet is a fast moving machine and once you leave my site I just don’t know how other people update their pages and if once things were free are now paid.
Once again, thanks for letting me know, I update my links often.
Wow! What an epic round up! Fantastic post! Thanks for sharing it with us. I scheduled some social shares 🙂
Thank you Jenn..We love unit studies…
This is an awesome round up. I am not a history buff and really could use this list to enhance our homeschool with some history unit studies. Thank you for sharing. Faith Filled Parenting LinkUp.
