Free 2018 Homeschool Planning Form (Poppy Color)

May 20, 2017 | 2 Comments
This post may contain affiliate links. For more information, please see my full disclosure policy.

2018 Homeschool Planning Form in the Poppy color option. If you homeschool following the physical year, then grab this form to start planning the days and weeks of your homeschool. This free form is great for tracking your year. Grab it by clicking here!

Today, I have the 2018 Year Round Homeschool Planning form and I named this color scheme Poppy.

Remember that I create both academic and planning calendars. Though they may seem similar they are not.

When you take a closer look, you’ll see that each calendar has a different purpose. The form I’m sharing today is for you to PLAN your school year and track the number of days and weeks your kids are doing school.

I have all 12 months on it, which means you can start on any month that you begin homeschooling and move forward to plan your year.

Plain calendars (okay, they are not so plain) are just for noting dates and for your reference. I don’t create them to write appointments on them OR to track your school.

Free Curriculum Planner Pages

Plain calendars are always on Step. 2. Choose Calendars/Appointment Keepers. The 2 page spread appointment keepers are for appointments and have more room for writing.

The form today is to plan your homeschool year with days off, teacher planning days and holidays to take off. It gives you a glimpse of your homeschool year. Plan and track your school year on it.

Because this form is not a calendar but more of a planning tool, I keep it each year at Step 5a. Choose Unique forms JUST for You!

If you need to see how to use it go to that step Step 5a. Choose Unique forms JUST for You! to look at my sample copy.

If you want the 2018 2 page per month Appointment Keeper, look at the glamorous option below.

Also, this two page spread can be used in a home management binder, blogging planner, financial planner or fitness planner.

My copyright allows you to print it off as many times as you need it for your needs.

You can get it now for just $1.25!

Today I have the second color choice, which I named Explore for the homeschool academic year calendar for the 2017 to 2018 school year ready.

Just as a reminder, I keep the choices for this academic year calendar form on Step 2 each year and I normally try to give you 3 smokin’ hot choices. I think I’ll be ready for the new school year when you start preparing your planner!

Curriculum Pages for Planner

Don’t forget this is JUST a calendar for you to glance at the school year and make a few notes at the bottom.

I also make a planning your school calendar which gives you room to plan your school year.

It is found always on Step 5a. Choose Unique forms JUST for You.

step-5a-of-the-7-step-free-homeschool-planner-tinas-dynamic-homeschool-plusLook below at the picture (sample from previous year) below so you can see the fine, but huge difference between just calendars like the one I have today and an actual planning form with a calendar and room to plan your year.

This is a PLANNING calendar from Step 5a. So you want to get BOTH types of calendars.

Also, this calendar today is not for writing appointments because you can grab a huge 2 page spread for noting appointments on Step 2. Choose Calendar/Appointment Keepers. The current 2 page appointment keepers are kept there.

Look at a picture below of a 2 page spread calendar, which gives you room to write appointments.

I hope these pictures makes it more clear that the calendar I have today is just that. It is perfect for glancing at the year and for reference in your planner.

Save it and print as many as necessary when you print your planner.

I always have two or more spread throughout my planner. I put one close to my lesson planning section, one close to the front of my planner and sometimes I even put one in the back so I don’t have to hunt very long for it.

Grab your free 5 Year Holiday Reference Page for years 2017 to 2021 which is part of the 7 Step Free Homeschool Planner. Click here to grab your choice of colors! @ Tina's Dynamic Homeschool Plus

Today, I’m excited because I did a color change for the 5 year holiday reference page as well as updating them to the years 2017 to 2021.

For a few years, I have done a passion pink and turquoise color. But today, I have named one purple-licious and aquazoom.

I normally try to get these 5 year holiday reference pages done by the first of the year, so I was a bit behind this year.

But these forms are used to help you plan not just your homeschool year, but vacations and days off of your school year.

By looking this far out, it helps me to decide when I want to take a family vacation.

I generally print several of these for my home management binder and my free homeschool planner.

Grab your color choices below or grab both of them.
