How to Make a Fun Fall Fairy Garden Wreath
I was able to get all the components for my wreath from Dollar Tree.
From the foam wreath form to the cute little mushrooms, they had it all.
But you can gather moss, small pebbles, and twigs from outside to give your wreath more of a natural look and save a little bit of money.
Attach the ribbon on one end of the wreath with hot glue, hold it in place until it cools.
Continue wrapping the ribbon around the wreath, slightly overlapping the edges until it is completely covered, cut off the excess.
There will only be a small piece left at the end, but you can put it aside and make a bow out of it if you like.
Next, hot glue silk leaves along the bottom to recreate the look of a forest floor.
Draw a door and windows with a marker on the stem of the mushrooms.
Then it makes them resemble little fairy houses.
Allow the marker to dry before you move on to the next step.
Hot glue the mushrooms onto the wreath, gluing at every touchpoint to make sure it’s attached well.
Continue gluing on small items like flowers, mini pumpkins, moss, sticks and small pebbles.
Make your little homes look lived in and as if they are waiting for their occupants to return home.
Finally, use lettering to spell out fall, a name, welcome, or anything they would like.
We already had plenty of these scrabble tiles on hand but you could use stickers or leave them off altogether.
You can even get inexpensive removable hooks at dollar tree to hang them up on the outside of their door.

I always try to do things cheaply. It's a curse really. Sometimes I come up with an idea and go "that will work" even though it isn't the most pleasing to look at. Such was the case with my makeup brush holder.

I love the never ending crafts you can make with a pot holder. To turn a pot holder into a Flat Iron Holder, I first found this cute polka dot potholder at Dollar Tree. Then I sewed up the side vertically and along the bottom. And now maybe my new Chi will last as long as it should this time!
This Chunky Tassel Bookmark was not listed as a Dollar Tree Craft, but I have bought tons of yarn there for projects and I know that you can find these supplies there. What a pretty way to mark where they left off in a book.
