Homeschool Co-op Schedule Free Form @ Tina's Dynamic Homeschool Plus

Back a year ago when I created the homeschool co-op tracking form, I knew I wanted to create the homeschool scheduling co-op form.

First, let me tell you about the form I created first, which was the homeschool co-op tracking form. I created that form because I know I needed a place to keep up with what was going in our homeschool co-op classes.

It has a place for you to track homeschool co-op classes each work or each month and to be as specific as you want to be.

You can use it with one child or many. It has a place to track dates so that you can keep up with how many times your child attended a co-op.

It also is a place to track what projects or supplies your child will need as he attends the class.

The form I created today is a more general form and it is use to write down the schedule for the homeschool co-op.

Because I needed to plan for the school year or prior to a co-op, this form helps to track what you need to do before each co-op starts.

Some co-op have very specific rules, like attending an orientation or even being sure you read guidelines and others are more lax about rules.

I always needed a place to jot down the schedule before the co-op started, so this form helps to remind you of when classes start, where they will be held and when. It is a form that will help you prior to the time the co-op starts.

So both of my homeschool co-op forms are very different purposes.

When I first started sharing my free 7 Step Homeschool Planner, I had two goals I visioned. One was creating a unique homeschool planner where each page was unique and the second one was where a mom could build her own planner to suit her family’s needs for that year.

I feel like I only partly met my first goal because I wanted my calendars for each year to be unique.

For many years, I have used plain calendars that I created because I was focused on being sure the rest of my forms got created first.

Free 2016 and 2017 Year Calendars

I didn’t have time to make unique calendars for each year and I use to get caught off guard.

I am excited that this year, I can start sharing unique yearly calendars for the physical year. I have been creating yearly academic calendars, but had put the yearly calendars on simmer until I had time to make them like I wanted to.

Remember, these pages I am sharing today are JUST calendars. This means you can print off plenty of them and place them throughout your planner for reference.

These calendars are NOT for noting your appointments on or even for tracking your school year. I have created separate documents for those processes.

Look here at my 2 page at a glance appointment keepers which are created bigger for you to note appointments.

And then look here at Step 5a for choosing year round schedules that help you to plan your school year.

I hope like the two calendars I am sharing today. If you prefer plain black and white, I have them on page for Step. 2. Choose Calendars/Appointment Keepers

Me? I am always swooning for anything in color and am glad I got to get a couple of the calendars for the next years completed.

Hugs and love ya,

Digital Books List - 7 Step Free Homeschool Planner @ Tina's Dynamic Homeschool Plus

I love it when I get your comments about a new form the 7 Step Homeschool Planner and am able to deliver one.

Look at this email from Jackie:

I am trying to organize my Kindle  books on my I Pad.  I have been looking for a form that I can use to list the books and copyright date of each book and then a form that I can put the name of the book, Then the page/recipe number and the name of the recipes I want to use.  I know you are busy but when I make the forms the look blah.

I am tickled today to share the latest form, which is a Digital Books list.

I am especially excited about sharing it because I did a round up post, Digital Homeschool Curriculum – Big Ol’ List because we are using more digital curriculum.

This mean that planning takes a bit more time and having a page like this to list my books and page numbers when needed as reference is a great list to add to my planner.

I made two forms. One is color and the other is gray-ish.

I figured I would start off with the color copy and then use the gray-ish copy as I added more of my digital content.

Digital Books List 500x-1

Each form allows you to add 20 books to each page.

I also made the list into boxes so that you could further organize by genre or topic if you wanted to.

The top box in each set allows you to put history, geography, writing helps or even an author’s name and keep your digital content organized that way.

The large box at the very top is enough room to write notes that you want to remember about this group of boxes on the page.

The first column is to write the name of the book, the second column is for you to write down what you want to remember, like a recipe, or teaching page or even illustration. And the last column gives you enough room to jot down the page number.

Kudos to Jackie for her email and I hope you love the new form when organizing your digital books.

2016 Free Year Round Homeschool Planning Schedule – Free 7 Step Homeschool Planner.

Scooting right along because I like to always stay ahead, I have ready today the second choice for the 2016 Free Year Round Homeschool Planning Schedule – Free 7 Step Homeschool Planner.

I always like to remind you, but I have several different calendar-like pages, but each is very different.

For example, to help keep you organized for appointments like field trips, homeschool co-ops and every day appointments, I have the 2 page spread monthly calendars, which gives you way more room to plan and to look at one two page at a glance.

This free year round homeschooling planning schedule is not for that though. This year round homeschool planning schedule is to use to highlight, mark off or circle days that you want to homeschool.

It also has a place to track the days and weeks you homeschool each month. Tracking your days and weeks of school is very useful whether you live in a place that has strict record keeping or not.

For example, I have tracked my days and weeks for many years just because I want to know how much we are covering each year. Too, when you school year round, it helps you to gauge the amount of time you make want to take off from school.

Even if you don’t school year, just start on the month you do start your school and track from that point. The schedule is very flexible.

At the end of the form, it has a comprehensive key so that you can calculate your actual days and weeks of homeschooling.

I love doing this each year because it helps me to see how much more I am doing than I actually think I am doing.

I hope you enjoy the newest color choice. You can download it below.

7 Step Homeschool Planner Free Inside Title Page

September 18, 2015 | 4 Comments
This post may contain affiliate links. For more information, please see my full disclosure policy.

I didn’t mean for a year to go by before I released another option for the inside title page.

I know you have emailed me asking for more choices for the 7 step homeschool planner free inside title page.

Too, I always say I wish I could create my forms on demand, but I have to get over the top giddy about creating them because they are forms I use too. So I plod along because I want to fall in love with each one. (okay, I’m strange that way.)

Curriculum Pages for Planner

So today, I have another choice for the inside title page, which I love because I bring in some of the hot pink color along with turquoise luv and some navy.

I get wild about the planner because when you mix and match pages, you create a one of a kind planner and this inside title page is no exception.

I know not everybody will want to use an inside title page, but some of you will like it.

Too, another idea for this is to put this on the backside of the cover page and laminate it after you write on it so it’s not an extra page.

Inside title page 2 for the 7 Step Homeschool Planner @ Tina's Dynamic Homeschool Plus

Another reason for creating these inside title pages is that I moved away from dated front covers.

So this allows you to write in the school year and still choose the free curriculum cover you want each year.

Too, you can add your favorite quotes or thoughts for the new year. I plan to have some more color options this year and not wait so long before the next one.

I hope you love this next choice!
