And do I ever try to have everything covered for you. Because I have homeschooled for so long I write about and have resources for PreK to High School. I do try to aim for resources for older kids because so much exists for younger kids. It’s harder to find great content for older kids since many educators think the fun stops in Kindergarten.
Look at some content to get you started below:
- Look through my category for hands-on activities. I used to think it took too much effort to teach hands-on, but I learned that effort pays off. Learning sticks as I now know since I have 3 homeschooled grads.
- Balance is always needed in homeschool. Look at my category for balancing and scheduling homeschool while life happens.
- Look at tips on what subjects to teach and when to teach them.
- Build your 7 Step DIY Homeschool Planner. There is NOT another like it. I have a 10 year edge on most homeschool planners and once you’ve created yours from scratch with my beautiful forms it’s hard to go back to pre-made.
- I have a DIY Student Planner designed the same way as my 7 Step DIY Homeschool planner.
- Unit studies and lapbooks, I have you covered. Click on my main page and scroll over UNIT STUDIES. You’ll see a drop down menu and pick to your heart’s delight. If you see something you want me to create, give a shout out. I do “take orders” lol. I can’t promise I can do all of them, but I sure try.
