Please be sure your family name falls within that character limitation. Too, I have noted which free fonts need to be downloaded and installed on your computer. I’m not sure about others, but I’ve been a subscriber for a while now, but only occasionally want to download things. I came over today and it seems that I have to “SUBSCRIBE” by entering my email and confirming my email for every “freebie” in my imbox that I am interested in. I have the password, but never see a place to enter just the password to access the download.
This has become such a hassle to get the few things I like on your site…..I don’t want to have to subscribe for each item, why can’t i go to the private area with one password entry and get the content I want?

Sorry you’re frustrated but also not sure it’s completely clear how to download my freebies.
My Subscriber Library with password houses only a very few freebies. Too, in the past this library has been abused by those not following me. So I switched to a more secure system to ensure loyal followers get what they need.
To ensure that loyal followers get them —-YOUR email IS your password—. There is NO waiting like you did when you subsctibed.
Now that you’re a follower, you simply enter your email on any page or post (it looks you’re resubscribing but you’re not, you are entering YOUR password a.k.a YOUR email) for the freebie you want and INSTANTLY you get the freebie NO waiting.
You only confirm your email ONE time and it’s confirmed already since you follow.

I am also struggling with this! I am entering my email for everything I want to download and am not seeing options to download just get another page to select what I am wanting but never actually get a download. I have used your planners for YEARS and every year its more and more difficult to get the freebies. I do appreciate your freebies, I’m just struggling on how to download stuff.
Hi Jo, I wanted to answer you promptly because the last thing I want to do is frustrate you.
I’ve simplified greatly how to download BUT it may not appear that way.
I have simple steps below that don’t give you an out of body experience and some trouble shooting tips just in case it’s that.
AND let me assure you I WILL get you what you need, but by understanding this below you have access to ALL that I have.
First, the downloads are INSTANT, there is NO having to move away from the page or post you’re on.
You are directed right then to the page OR the download starts. (I’m in the process of updating the instructions for all my pages but I have a lot. Again, there is NO confirming your email.
Next, YOUR email is YOUR password for ALL things. You ADD it again like you’re signing up to follow me but you’re not, but you get access to the freebie
Second, be sure you’re using universal browsers like Chrome and Adobe reader since they work with most printables with no hiccups. Be sure they’re updated.
Phones can cause hiccups and will block a popup that my site is trying to show you.
Lastly, since I have many freebies and link them to each other, be sure you’re on the right page to download and it’s not directing to that page.
