The Day at A Glance is one form that I put back up. I have 3 choices so far.

Mix and match. I have the black/white copy above and add in some color forms to your planners.

Thank you for all the hard work that you have put into such a top notch planner. When I take mine out and about it is such a great advert for home educating. It is also so convenient for sorting out my head.
